This privacy policy has been drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP, SR 235.1), which entered into force on 1 September 2023, and its implementing Ordinance (DPO, SR 235.11).

The Website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies or behavioural analytics tools.

8. International data transfers
The hosting of the Website by Cloudflare may involve a transfer of data to the United States. This transfer is governed by the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognised by the Swiss Federal Council as providing an adequate level of protection (Art. 16 FADP).
In the absence of an adequacy decision, transfers are ensured by standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards in accordance with Art. 16(2) FADP.
9. Data security
Alchimie Conseil takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised processing, loss, destruction or accidental damage, in accordance with Arts. 7 and 8 FADP (privacy by design / by default and data security) and the requirements of the DPO (including Art. 1 et seq.).
The Website uses the HTTPS protocol (SSL/TLS) to encrypt communications between your browser and the server.
10. Your rights
In accordance with Arts. 25 et seq. FADP (data subject rights) and, where applicable, the GDPR (Chapters III and IV), you have in particular the following rights:

Any dispute relating to data protection in connection with the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Lausanne, Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory rules on judicial jurisdiction.
